After investigating the unique situation of the Plantage neighborhood in central Amsterdam, I proposed this subterranean building as a tower without a tower. Leaving the much needed greenspace in place, this building allows visitors a bird’s eye view of Amsterdam, or any other location through the use of immersive displays and spherical photography.
